What You’ll Learn?

• This course provides structured Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) training for the Public Relations function at Hexavian. It establishes Public Relations as a governance-driven responsibility focused on reputation management, consistency of communication, and accountability in how the organization presents itself to the public.
• The course covers the purpose and scope of PR operations, team roles and governance, strategic planning, community management, crisis and executive communication, and performance tracking. Emphasis is placed on approval discipline, tone control, escalation protocols, and documentation to ensure that all public-facing communication reflects one voice, one standard, and one purpose.
• By completing this course, participants will understand how to manage public communication responsibly, reduce reputational risk, respond appropriately in sensitive situations, and protect both the organization and themselves through structured PR processes.
