Hexavian Team – PR – One on One Consultation Guide

This course is designed to train team members and executive assistants on the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for managing, preparing for, and supporting the One-on-One Consultation sessions with Eizu – the Founder of Hexavia.

Through this course, participants will gain clarity on the consultation structure, expectations, scheduling protocol, documentation requirements, and follow-up processes. It also emphasizes the tone, discretion, and brand integrity expected during these high-impact sessions.

Participants will learn how to:

• Schedule consultations using approved channels and calendar tools

• Prepare clients by sharing relevant pre-consultation materials

• Support Eizu with session briefs and client context in advance

• Ensure smooth session execution (online or in-person)

• Document session insights and outcomes professionally

• Track action points and manage follow-up communication
